Hydra Levels — Terms & Conditions

1) Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Hydra Levels (“Hydra Levels,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and your participation in the members area, advertising tools, and earnings features (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information (name, email, country, and any required payment details) and to keep it updated.
• We may accept or deny accounts at our sole discretion and may require verification.

3) Account Rules

• One account per person. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Do not impersonate another person or use false information.
• We may monitor logins, device data, IP addresses, and on-site actions for abuse and security.

4) Advertising & Earnings

• Eligible ad views (including Text Ads and Banner Ads) may generate small earnings when you meet all view requirements.
• Unless otherwise stated on-site, a qualifying view requires the ad to remain visible and active in the foreground tab for the full required duration and to pass our verification checks.
• Earnings amounts, ad availability, view rules, and verification methods may change at any time.
• We may void credit for suspected fraud, automation, manipulation, or failure to meet the stated requirements.
• Earnings are not interest-bearing and are not guaranteed; they accrue only as displayed in your backoffice after successful verification.

5) Payouts & Balances

• Minimum withdrawal amounts, supported payout methods, and any fees will be shown in your backoffice or on applicable pages.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings according to your local laws.
• We may suspend or reverse earnings associated with policy violations, chargebacks, or suspicious activity.

6) Acceptable Use

• No spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading promotions related to Hydra Levels.
• No bots, scripts, auto-refreshers, traffic exchangers, VPN farms, or any method intended to inflate views or bypass timers.
• No attempts to interfere with site operations, security, or other members’ use of the Service.

7) Content & Intellectual Property

• Hydra Levels, its logos, site design, and proprietary tools are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.
• You must have rights to any ad content you submit and you grant us a license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

8) Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDRA LEVELS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee ad availability, continuous access, or specific earnings outcomes.

10) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDRA LEVELS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11) Changes, Suspension & Termination

• We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation or suspected abuse. Upon termination, unpaid or pending earnings may be forfeited if linked to violations.

12) Governing Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hydra Levels regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. No failure to enforce a right is a waiver of that right.
